A venture as such is much more likely to succeed and achieve a far better result when the parties cooperate and work together. It is therefore crucial that the relationship between the Builder and Owner or Principal reflects this ideal and allows the parties to cooperate without being overly oppressive or harsh on either of the parties, as this inevitably creates more problems than solutions and places the parties at odds. With this ideology in mind, we promote a fair but tough approach in our advice and dealings.
